The mountain kingdom of Lesotho is one of the Southern African countries relatively untouched by western culture, and many of its folk live very much according to the age-old traditions that have prevailed for centuries. We usually stay at a mountain lodge, located in the depths of the Maluti Mountains, allowing us to interact with the local folk in a very direct way. Pony treks and walking trails are favourite activities.
